Caregivers
The Hospice Caregiver Team typically includes a physician,
a nurse, a therapist, a home health aide, a social worker,
a spiritual caregiver and a volunteer. This team pretty well
covers all of the primary aspects of palliative care.

This category of people would be those working with individuals and care
givers in various support rolls. This would include social workers and
