The discipline of Palliative Care is evolving to include more attention to persons with non-cancer diagnoses, those who are earlier in the illness trajectory and those who require cancer rehabilitation. With our population base increasing, how can we make best use of our resources to meet this need? Come join us in Montreal from September 26-29, 2006 to a meeting that started thirty years ago in 1976 as an initiative of Balfour Mount's, and that he continues to sustain.
