Zen Hospice Project provides a spectrum of collaborative services in end-of-life care, including residential hospice care, volunteer programs, and public education events. It offers workshops and retreats, end of life care planning, public presentations, consultation services and trainings for clinicians and end of life care professionals. All of its programs aim at cultivating wisdom and compassion through service, and foster more transformative approaches to end-of-life care.
Zen hospice actually provides care at three separate facilities around the SF Bay area, the Laguna Honda Hospital, Laguna Grove care and the Guesthouse which is currently being renovated. Please see their excellent website for a listing of educational progams.
